Key Tasks and Responsibilities - your move

  • Constantly improve and performance manage the ancillary revenues generated by the network
  • Manage the Country ancillary incentive schemes and balance opportunities for participating staff and the company
  • Define, create and run counter sales challenges and competitions
  • Conceptionaly support the performance management workshops and trainings
  • Support process of the recruitment of local revenue and performance staff
  • Improved processes/flows related to increased revenue and performance
  • Ongoing development and management of tools & data management (supplier management)
  • Continued reporting and monitoring of counter sales activities
  • Rolling review of performance KPI’s and definition of corrective actions
  • Setting and validation of monthly incentive targets for all stations/counter agents
  • Support administrative actions based on learnings of role
  • Support other internal departments e.g. Finance for forecasting, budgeting
  • Provide market intelligence around competition behavior (e.g. pricing for ancillary products)
  • Participate in further developments of additional ancillary products

 

 

Key Skills and Experience Required - your way

  • Study of economics or mathematics or similar
  • Excellent sales skills especially in performance development capacity
  • Methodological discipline combined with adequate operational responsiveness
  • Advanced relationship / interpersonal skills
  • Good communication skills (positive attitude and good communication style)
  • Strong working knowledge of Google tools – Microsoft Office (especially excel )
  • Good numbers analysis and forecasting skills
  • Leadership experience are a nice to have
  • German and English are mandatory
